Job summary

OSG is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join the onsite HR team in Tempe, AZ, with responsibilities spanning recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management for the Tempe and Avondale locations.

You will partner with managers to deliver HR services, maintain employee records, and ensure policy compliance in a fast-paced production environment. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in HR or related field.
• 4+ years in HR Generalist or HR Coordinator roles.
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and legal regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to solve problems.

Responsibilities

• Provide internal HR support and partner with managers to deliver HR services aligned with business goals.
• Serve as contact for employee inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and benefits.
• Support development and enforcement of company policies and procedures.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
• Manage employee relations issues and assist with conflict resolution.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws and regulations.
• Coordinate employee engagement and retention initiatives.
• Support leaders with health and safety programs to maintain a safe workplace.
• Assist HR leadership with projects including policy updates and workforce planning.
