Job summary

OSG in Tempe, AZ is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to support our on-site team and our Avondale location. This on-site role covers local hourly recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management in a production environment.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field, has 4+ years in HR Generalist/Coordinator roles, and is proficient with HR policies. ADP Workforce Now experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• 4+ years of experience in an HR Generalist or HR Coordinator role.
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and legal regulations.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide internal HR support and partner with managers to deliver HR services aligned with business goals.
• Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and benefits.
• Support development and enforcement of company policies and procedures.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
• Manage employee relations issues and assist with conflict resolution.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws and regulations.
• Coordinate employee engagement and retention initiatives.
• Support health and safety programs and HR leadership with projects.
