UDA in Tempe, AZ, is seeking a People Operations Generalist to support onboarding, offboarding, benefits administration, HRIS data management, and other HR tasks. The role focuses on accuracy, policy compliance, and maintaining a positive work culture.
You will serve as primary contact for policy questions, manage HR data for 300+ employees, process biweekly payroll, and collaborate with the People Operations team to ensure smooth daily operations and strong employee relations.

Job Shift: DAY - 8:00am-5:00pm
The People Operations Generalist will provide support to the People Operations team in delivering efficient and effective HR daily operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support in areas such as onboarding, offboarding, benefits administration, HRIS data management, and other HR administrative tasks. They will work closely with the People Operations team to ensure a high level of employee satisfaction, compliance with company policies and procedures, and a positive work culture.
