Qualifications

• 2+ years of HR generalist experience or equivalent HR and safety experience.
• Experience managing workers' compensation claims and coordinating with carriers.
• Familiarity with OSHA recordkeeping requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting from job postings to candidate offers.
• Administer FMLA and leave management processes.
• Coordinate and support company training programs and performance management.

Skills

Strong knowledge of federal and multi-state employment law

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Highly organized with strong attention to detail

Proficient in Microsoft Office suite

Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset

Education

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
