True Anomaly seeks a People Operations Generalist to support the employee lifecycle, onboarding, offboarding, benefits administration, and policy development. This role reports to the People/Legal/Finance stakeholders and requires handling confidential information with discretion in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has strong communication, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while improving processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required and 3+ years in a People Operations role in a startup environment.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
• Proactive, resourceful, and able to improve processes while balancing speed and quality.
• Tech-savvy with proficiency in Office tools and HRIS systems, especially Rippling.
• Discretion handling confidential information and collaborating across teams.

Responsibilities

• Process hires, transfers and terminations in HRIS (Rippling) and downstream workflows.
• Support onboarding/offboarding logistics (I-9s, benefits enrollment, equipment).
• Prepare and send routine employee communications (policy reminders, enrollment notices).
• Maintain employee channels (Teams, Confluence) and keep information current.
• Assist with audits, data accuracy reviews, and compliance documentation.
• Identify gaps, propose improvements, and drive implementation with quality controls.
• Support multi-state compliance and ensure data integrity for audits.
