Job summary

Chi’Lantro, a Korean BBQ-inspired brand in Austin, TX, seeks a People Operations Generalist to own payroll, benefits, onboarding, and compliance from day one. You’ll work with the Director of People Operations and Training & Development, handling confidential data and acting as the go-to for employees and GMs.

Qualifications

• Experience running payroll and benefits administration.
• Ability to onboard new hires and handle compliance.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Familiarity with ADP, Harri, and Google Workspace.
• On-site role in Austin with occasional visits to restaurants.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day People Operations tasks including payroll, benefits, onboarding, and compliance.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for team members and General Managers.
• Collaborate with the Director of People Operations and Training & Development.
• Maintain confidentiality and ensure data accuracy across systems.
