Job summary

Tacodeli is seeking an HR Business Partner in Austin to guide restaurant management and staff on HR matters, payroll, benefits, and compliance. You will partner with the leadership team to drive performance, training, and policy adherence across the organization.

Ideal candidates bring bilingual communication skills, strong HR knowledge of employment laws, and a hands-on approach to coaching and development.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English & Spanish preferred.
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
• Ability to apply discretion and sound judgment in handling sensitive information.

Responsibilities

• Provide HR leadership and guidance to restaurant management and staff.
• Partner with management on payroll, benefits, training, and employee lifecycle changes.
• Investigate employee relations issues and ensure regulatory compliance and fair processes.
• Coach and develop leaders, manage performance, and support safety initiatives.
• Serve as HR Business Partner for organizational change and policy interpretation.
