Job summary

Chi’Lantro, a Korean BBQ-inspired brand in Austin, TX, seeks a People Operations Generalist to own payroll, benefits, onboarding, and compliance from day one. What We Are Looking For

We are seeking a People Operations Generalist to run the day-to-day of our People Operations department. This is a hands-on role for someone who likes owning their work end to end: payroll, benefits, onboarding, compliance, and being the first person our team members and General Managers come to when they need something. You will work alongside our Director of People Operations and Training & Development, with real ownership from day one. If you would rather go find the answer than wait for someone to hand it to you, you will do well here.
