Job summary

Jerry.ai is seeking an HR Operations lead to own multi-state compliance, policy drafting, and payroll/benefits questions. You’ll work hands-on in a small, high-intensity team, shaping processes and exploring AI-enabled improvements to reduce busywork.

• Genuine in-house, multi-state compliance experience.

Responsibilities

• Own multi-state compliance tracking and policy updates.
• Lead annual compliance audits and handbook refresh within 90 days.
• Handle escalated payroll, benefits, and leave questions.
• Review and unblock work of Payroll and HR Administration teams.
• Architect HR ops processes with an AI-native mindset.
• Grow into day-to-day HR operations management over time.
