Job summary

Legends Global is seeking an HR Generalist to execute day-to-day HR administration and assist with full employee lifecycle processes. They will partner with the Human Resources Director on initiatives that drive engagement and performance while sustaining Legends’ culture.

The role covers high-volume recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and employee relations, reporting directly to the Human Resources Director.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources management or related field.
• 3-5 years of progressive HR experience.
• Knowledge of federal and state labor laws (EEOC, FLSA, OSHA).
• Excellent oral and written communication skills; leadership capability.

Responsibilities

• Manage high-volume recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Support performance management and employee development initiatives.
• Partner with HR Director on key engagement initiatives and culture.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and reporting requirements.
• Provide HR support during events and non-event days as needed.
