Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruiting activities, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and hiring.
• Manage onboarding and new employee orientation processes.
• Maintain applicant tracking and hiring records.
• Respond to employee questions regarding policies, benefits, and employment matters.
• Assist in resolving employee concerns and workplace issues and support engagement initiatives.
• Administer employee benefits programs and assist with payroll-related processes.
• Maintain accurate personnel files and HRIS records; prepare offer letters and status changes.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws; assist with audits and reporting.
• Support performance reviews and employee development initiatives.
