The role emphasizes payroll processing, HRIS administration, and policy adherence, with a hybrid work setup requiring in-office presence three days per week.

Qualifications

• 3+ years HR experience, including payroll responsibilities.
• 2+ years payroll experience with accuracy and compliance.
• Experience supporting 50+ employees in a HR capacity.
• 1+ year HRIS/ATS administration (e.g., Rippling, ADP, Workday).
• Solid knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment practices.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary payroll processor and manage biweekly payroll processes.
• Administer benefits programs and handle 401(k), medical, dental, vision, and HSA/FSA.
• Support HRIS administration, time-off policies, and reporting.
• Assist with recruiting, interviews, offers, and onboarding.
• Maintain compliance, employee relations, and communications.
