Job summary

DDRC is seeking a qualified HR Generalist to enhance the employee experience across the lifecycle. You will support recruitment, onboarding, recognition, engagement, retention, payroll, and employee relations while acting as a trusted advisor to managers and staff.

The role emphasizes confidentiality, compliance, and collaboration with cross-functional teams in a hybrid Central HQ setting, with occasional events and career fairs to promote our mission and values.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in HR or related field.
• Minimum three years of progressively responsible HR experience.
• Experience across recruitment, onboarding, benefits, and compliance.
• Experience handling confidential information and HR records.

Responsibilities

• Support recruitment, onboarding, and new hire orientation.
• Lead employee recognition programs and engagement initiatives.
• Assist HRIS, payroll, and benefit system implementations and data integrity.
• Maintain HR records and assist with compliance reporting and audits.
• Support training programs and policy enforcement.
