Job summary

Naaahrrva is seeking a capable HR Generalist to support the HR Manager and Director in executing local initiatives and enterprise programs. You will help attract, develop, retain and engage talent to meet business goals across the OpCo.

The role emphasizes employee onboarding, policy guidance, recruitment support, payroll-related activities, and fostering an inclusive culture. A bilingual Spanish preference and a bachelor’s degree are desirable.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in Human Resources preferred.
• 1+ year of CPG preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or closely related field preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execution of transactional core HR processes (orientation, unemployment, onboarding, exit interviews, leave administration, OSHA reporting).
• Provide coaching and guidance to associates and supervisors regarding policy and procedure.
• Support hiring managers and Talent Acquisition to support recruitment and staffing plans.
• Support and maintain eTime system and payroll-related activities.
• Support HR to drive an inclusive and diverse culture.
• Administer programs to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction levels.
