ORS Nasco is seeking a People Operations Generalist to manage day-to-day HR operations in an on-site Las Vegas, NV location. The role covers employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, performance management, compliance, and program delivery, collaborating with leaders to enhance the employee experience.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• 3+ years of HR experience in a generalist or related HR role.
• Knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ADP.
• HR certification (SHRM-CP or PHR) preferred.
• Must be willing to travel to other out of state facilities – 15% travel.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as a resource for employee questions, concerns, and HR-related guidance.
• Assist with employee relations matters and workplace investigations.
• Administer benefits, leave programs, and HR policies.
• Maintain employee records and HRIS data accuracy.
• Support local recruitment, hiring, onboarding, and offboarding activities.
• Support performance management, employee engagement, and training initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
• Prepare HR reports and assist with HR projects and process improvements.
