Qualifications

• 1–3 years in People Operations, HR coordination, or related roles.
• Strong written communication and cross‑department collaboration.
• Proactive, accountable, and capable of managing multiple workflows.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and execute team programs and events within budget.
• Coordinate vendors, facilities, IT, and office operations for daily needs.
• Support recruitment and onboarding processes using JazzHR and job descriptions.
• Maintain LMS and knowledge resources, ensuring up-to-date documentation.
