Job summary

This role offers in-person collaboration in the Pittsburgh office and a hybrid work model. Ideal candidates bring a bachelor’s degree in HR or related field and 2+ years of HR admin experience, with strong MS Office and HRIS skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a business or HR-related field.
• 2+ years of administrative HR experience preferred.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate HR initiatives with HRBP team and managers.
• Assist onboarding, offer processes and compensation coordination.
• Support performance management communications and training materials.
• Manage contingent/temporary worker usage and VMS submissions.
• Maintain headcount reporting and HRIS org charts.
