Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in Human Resources or a related field, preferably in a coordinator or recruiting support role.
• Experience assisting with or supporting full-cycle recruitment and onboarding.
• Exposure to employee relations, performance management, and HR operations support.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate full-cycle recruitment activities: postings, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and candidate communication.
• Represent the firm at job fairs, campus events and industry opportunities to grow the talent pipeline.
• Assist with onboarding/offboarding and maintain accurate employee records.
• Support managers and employees on HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
• Help track performance review completion and supporting documentation.
