Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree in HR, Business Administration, Communications, Organizational Development, or related field preferred.
• A minimum of one year experience in a HR, administrative, employee experience, project management or related support role required.
• Experience supporting employee programs, events, training initiatives, or organizational projects preferred.
• Experience coordinating multiple projects, timelines, and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Experience working with HRIS; ADP WorkforceNow preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support enabling People & Culture operations.
• Serve as first point of contact for employee questions.
• Coordinate department projects, meetings, and annual initiatives.
• Manage onboarding activities and pre-boarding processes.
• Support learning, development, and culture programs.
• Assist with employee communications and engagement initiatives.
• Maintain HR records and assist with audits and reporting.
