CookUnity is seeking a People Coordinator to join the People team in New York. You will drive onboarding, training, and employee lifecycle processes, delivering a seamless and compliant experience for a diverse workforce.

You’ll manage benefits, leaves, and policies, coordinate interview scheduling with recruiting, and support special projects to improve our internal programs. A high-energy self-starter who communicates clearly will thrive.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of admin or project management in a startup; HR experience preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish and English required to support a diverse workforce.
• Strong time management in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Proactive, autonomous and team-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Support onboarding and employee lifecycle processes.
• Coordinate HR programs, benefits, leave, and policies.
