Qualifications

• Exposure to financial services is a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Comfort using AI tools like Claude to streamline documents.

Responsibilities

• Support onboarding tasks for hires and coordinating training logistics.
• Schedule trainings for interns, class hires, and laterals using the calendar.
• Coordinate materials and draft welcome communications.
• Assist campus recruiting and internship programs and support UK recruiting team.
