Prime Intellect AI is building an open frontier AI stack with a growing team in San Francisco. This role owns the entire employee lifecycle from interview to first weeks, designing an exceptional onboarding experience and coordinating multi-search recruitment efforts.

You will streamline onboarding, automate repetitive tasks with AI, and partner with Head of Talent, executives, IT, and finance to scale the function as the company grows.

Qualificações

• 2+ years in recruiting coordination or high-volume roles.
• Proactive coordination across starts, owners, and deadlines.
• Strong employee/candidate experience mindset.
• Experience with background checks, I-9, HRIS setup.
• Cross-functional follow-through ownership.
• Process improvement instinct.
• AI-native approach to automation.
• Ability to work in person in San Francisco.
• Handling sensitive information discreetly.
• Experience coordinating immigration or visa processes (bonus).

Responsabilidades

• Onboarding & Employee Experience: design first-day, setup desks, coordinate onboarding steps.
• Recruiting Coordination: schedule interviews, book travel, keep candidates informed.
• Systems, Culture & Team Ops: automate with AI, track tasks, support in-person culture.
• What success looks like: ensure smooth start, timely provisioning, compliant records.
• In-person SF: work on-site at our San Francisco office with cross-functional teams.
