Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and act as first point of contact for HR queries.
• Assist with onboarding and new employee orientation, including paperwork and system setup.
• Track and manage incoming requests through internal ticketing systems.
• Coordinate events and trainings for employees across programs.
• Manage shared People Operations Inbox and support full recruiting lifecycle.
