Qualifications

• 1–3 years in HR, administrative support, or a closely related role.
• Proficient with MS Word and Excel; strong organization and attention to detail.
• Clear, confident communication and ability to handle confidential information.
• Experience in a manufacturing setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end recruiting logistics: schedule interviews and keep candidates informed.
• Support candidate screening and hiring for production roles to meet staffing targets.
• Coordinate onboarding and new-hire setup across WFM, UKG, and Microsoft Outlook.
• Maintain employee data accuracy, including PTO tracking and timecard adjustments.
• Issue and manage employee badges, including proxy permissions and timekeeping access.
• Keep training records current within the learning management system.
• Perform HR data entry and record maintenance in Epicor.
• Assist payroll with items such as tracking and submitting uniform deductions.
• Process HR-related invoices for accuracy and timely payment.
• Guide new hires through benefits enrollment and address related questions.
• Respond to employee inquiries, escalating complex issues as needed.
• Help plan wellness initiatives, recognition events, and company activities.
• Take on additional projects and responsibilities as assigned.
