PENN Entertainment in Missouri is seeking an HR professional to support labor relations, recruitment, investigations, and performance management. You will partner with leadership to uphold policy, ensure compliance, and drive engagement.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s in HR/Business, 2+ years HR or supervisory experience, and strong English communication. The role requires confidentiality, professionalism, and proficiency in MS Office, iCiMS, and UltiPro. On-site work with benefits provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or related field.
• Two years HR or supervisory experience preferred.
• PHR certification preferred.
• Labor environment with union contracts preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; iCiMS and UltiPro experience a plus.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Partner with HR and property leadership to meet department needs.
• Coordinate recruitment efforts with Talent Acquisition.
• Conduct investigations into grievances, harassment, or EEOC issues.
• Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to leadership.
• Support employee relations, engagement, and retention efforts.
• Assist with HR policy interpretation and regulatory compliance.
• Deliver training programs and facilitate development initiatives.
• Ensure confidentiality and data integrity in HR records.
