Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HRM or related field required.
• PHR or SPHR certification preferred.
• Five or more years of HR Generalist experience.

Responsibilities

• Direct operations and staff of the HR department and implement goals.
• Develop schedules, manage labor costs, and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Partner with client groups, provide HR support, and monitor SLAs.
