Maker’s Pride, LLC, a bakery manufacturing facility in Indiana, is seeking a hands-on HR Coordinator to support day-to-day HR operations, including onboarding, payroll, benefits, HRIS maintenance, and records management.

This entry-level role works under established procedures with moderate supervision, focusing on accurate personnel records, employee relations, and a positive, productive workplace.

Competenze

• Associate's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2+ years of Human Resources or related experience.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Mansioni

• Serve as first contact for HR policy, benefits, payroll, attendance questions.
• Assist with employee concerns and escalate complex issues to HR leadership.
• Support engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and events.
• Foster positive relations by promoting open communication.
• Assist with investigations, documentation, and follow-up related to employee relations matters.
• Coordinate onboarding activities for new hires.
• Conduct new hire orientation and ensure documentation completion.
• Assist with new hire retention and engagement efforts.
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
• Assist payroll processing and benefits enrollment.
• Maintain HRIS data and ensure confidentiality.
• Support compliance with applicable employment regulations.
• Provide admin support to the HR team and projects.
