Job summary

Headway is hiring a People Operations Program Manager to partner with the People team, building systems, automations, and agentic workflows for scalable, data-informed HR operations. You will design, launch, and iterate end-to-end solutions that empower HRBPs and managers across the org.

You’ll own dashboards for org health analytics, drive automation of processes, and champion compliant, responsible AI use in HR workflows with cross-functional collaboration across Legal and IT.

Qualifications

• Experience owning HR operations or People programs end-to-end.
• Familiar with AI-assisted workflows and building automation.
• Ability to design prompts and evaluate AI outputs for HR use cases.

Responsibilities

• Own HRBP enablement end-to-end; design, launch, and iterate on agentic tooling.
• Design and maintain manager workflows, playbooks, and automations.
• Build dashboards for org health analytics and define key metrics in real time.
