WRITER is seeking a People Operations Manager to design scalable HR processes and partner with leadership across the business. You will own the full lifecycle, implement automation on WRITER's AI platform, and ensure compliance across federal, state, and local rules.

This is a hands-on role emphasizing data-driven decisions and cross-functional collaboration. You will build dashboards, manage HRIS systems, and drive employee experience initiatives while scaling with a high-growth tech
