Headway is building a new mental healthcare system. We’re seeking a Business Operations Manager to lead high-impact, cross-functional initiatives spanning Product, Data, and Operations. You’ll design scalable processes, mentor team members, and translate insights into actionable plans that move the business forward.

You’ll thrive in ambiguity, own critical workflows, and collaborate across teams to deliver durable impact while growing a high-autonomy, high-growth operations function.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in operational roles at high-growth companies.
• Background in consulting, finance, or business operations preferred but not required.
• Data-driven with ability to translate insights into action.
• Strong collaboration across product, data, and operations.

Responsibilities

• Design and lead foundations for 0-1 initiatives within the Operations function.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to build scalable processes and workflows.
• Assess data to determine strategies and accelerate roadmap priorities.
• Build and manage a growing team to achieve objectives.
