We are growing our Accounting team and seeking a Senior Payroll Analyst to scale payroll operations, partner with People, Legal, and Finance, and lead key workflows such as tax registrations and reporting.

The role involves cross-functional collaboration, complex payroll processing, and contribution to system migrations and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of hands-on payroll experience in high-growth or complex environments.
• Experience processing payroll across multiple entities and jurisdictions.

Responsibilities

• Process semi-monthly and biweekly payroll across multiple states and entities.
• Handle payroll changes, deductions, and wage garnishments with accuracy.
• Manage time and attendance integration with payroll systems.
• Audit outputs and resolve discrepancies; respond to inquiries.
• Support payroll tax compliance and year-end activities.
