Job summary

Dream Panel LLC is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to run the hiring and onboarding process, including scheduling, offers, and the first 30 days, so engineering and ops can stay focused on the product.

You will coordinate interviews, maintain records for offers and start dates, help new hires access gear, and partner with hiring managers to improve careers page content. This remote-first US role offers equity discussions and a supportive onboarding experience.
