Job summary

Dream Panel is seeking a senior product designer to shape the everyday account experience across deposit, conversion, earn, and card.

You will design end-to-end flows, keep rates and KYC language precise, and build a scalable design system for engineering to ship. A strong portfolio with systems thinking and UI copy that compliance can approve is essential. Remote-first US role, equity may be discussed.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of product design experience, including shipped financial or consumer products.
• Portfolio demonstrating system-level design beyond marketing pages.
• Ability to write UI copy that compliance can approve.

Dream Panel is a licensed platform to receive, hold, convert, spend, and earn — cash and crypto in one account. Deposit addresses can be ready instantly. Funds stay visible and unusable until verification clears, then they can convert, spend, or withdraw. We are based around a founding team that came out of traditional banking.

About the role

You will design the account people actually open every day. Financial products fail when copy or hierarchy is sloppy — rates, KYC, and balances have to be unmistakable.

What you'll do

• Design end-to-end flows for deposit, conversion, earn, and card
• Keep published APY and fee language exact on every screen
• Build and maintain a design system that engineering can ship from
• Test flows with real customer tasks, not vanity mockups

What we're looking for

• 6+ years of product design, including shipped financial or consumer products
