Job summary

Dream Panel is seeking a senior product and growth marketing leader to shape how we explain our platform publicly across product pages, campaigns, and partner stories.

You will own editorial strategy across Banking, Earn, and Card, align numbers with Pricing and Compliance, build a small team, and manage agency relationships while focusing on measurable performance and account openings.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in product or growth marketing, including leadership.
• Experience in fintech, banking, or a regulated consumer brand.
• A portfolio of campaigns you can walk through without slides.

You will own how Dream Panel is explained in public — product pages, campaigns, and partner stories — without overclaiming rates, licenses, or yield.
