Job summary

Dream Panel LLC is a fintech-focused platform enabling cash and crypto in one account. You will own a product slice — Banking, Earn, or Card — and ensure what is visible, usable after KYC, and the published rate are accurate.

You will write specs for Engineering, coordinate with compliance, and drive launches by prioritizing security and accuracy. The role requires 4+ years in product, preferably fintech or marketplaces, with strong cross-functional collaboration.

Dream Panel is a licensed platform to receive, hold, convert, spend, and earn — cash and crypto in one account. Deposit addresses can be ready instantly. Funds stay visible and unusable until verification clears, then they can convert, spend, or withdraw. We are based around a founding team that came out of traditional banking.

About the role

You will own a product slice — Banking, Earn, or Card — and keep it honest: what is visible now, what is usable after KYC, and what the published rate actually is.

What you'll do

• Write specs that Engineering can implement without guesswork
• Sequence launches around compliance, not around a landing page
• Measure activation, conversion, and support load after ship
• Say no when a request would create an outbound exception

What we're looking for

• 4+ years in product, preferably fintech or marketplaces
• Comfort working with legal, compliance, and engineering in the same thread

Nice to have

• Prior ownership of a money-movement product

Compensation

Competitive — discussed in process

Final offers depend on experience, location, and interview performance. Equity may be discussed for eligible roles.
