Job summary

Transdev North America is seeking a People Operations Specialist to support and optimize HR programs across the employee lifecycle in California. You will lead HRIS data integrity, oversee leave and benefits administration, and drive engagement initiatives that align with business goals.

Ideal candidates will be highly organized, tech-savvy, and able to translate data into actionable insights for HR leadership and department heads.

Qualifications

• Strong data analysis and reporting skills; proficiency in Excel, HR dashboards, and report writing.
• Experience managing HRIS processes and data integrity across platforms.
• Knowledge of HR compliance (FMLA, ADA, EEO, etc.) and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR programs related to compensation, benefits, leave administration, employee relations, and performance management.
• Oversee system rollouts, engagement campaigns, and compliance-related programs.
• Interpret and implement the employee handbook and policy documents.
