Valiantys, a leading Atlassian solutions partner in North America, is seeking a People Operations Specialist to ensure accurate and timely HRIS, payroll, benefits, and leave administration across North America.

In this execution-focused role, you will support governance and process improvements, work closely with the Senior People Operations Manager, and ensure data integrity and compliance while delivering high-quality employee support.

Qualifications

• Experience with HRIS, payroll, benefits administration.
• Strong data accuracy and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Familiarity with US payroll compliance and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to support governance and process improvements.

Responsabilités

• Maintain accurate employee records in HiBob and HRIS.
• Process routine employee lifecycle changes and payroll inputs.
• Support benefits administration and leave management.
• Prepare and review HR reports and data for audits.
• Collaborate with Payroll vendor under Ops Manager oversight.
• Provide timely employee support and ticket resolution.
