You will communicate with applicants and new hires, coordinate background checks, conduct orientation sessions, and help maintain HR documentation. A college degree and strong communication skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent HR-related experience preferred.
• Experience supporting recruitment, onboarding and training processes.
• Strong communication and organizational skills required.

Responsibilities
