Job summary

ASGCO Manufacturing, Inc. is seeking a motivated HR Assistant to support recruiting and onboarding and to assist the HR team with daily activities.

The role emphasizes proactive candidate outreach through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, schools, and industry contacts to build a strong candidate network. You will manage the full recruiting cycle, coordinate interviews, maintain candidate data in the ATS/HRIS, and support benefits and HR initiatives as needed.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of Human Resources and/or recruiting experience
• Experience with candidate sourcing, LinkedIn recruiting, and proactive candidate outreach preferred
• Experience with full-cycle recruiting, ATS, and HRIS systems preferred
• Associate or Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred

Responsibilities

• Support the full recruiting cycle from identifying candidates through offer, hire, and onboarding
• Proactively source candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking, and other channels
• Coordinate interviews and maintain timely communication with candidates and hiring managers
• Enter and maintain candidate information in the ATS and ensure documentation is complete
