Job summary

Anywhere Real Estate is seeking a senior Lead, People M&A Integration to shape and execute People Enablement strategy across the M&A lifecycle. The role translates transaction objectives into integrated plans, governance routines, and coordinated execution across due diligence, integration planning, Day 1 readiness, change management, and post-close transition.

This role serves as a trusted advisor to business and People Enablement leaders, independently bringing structure to complex work,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Organizational Development, Finance, or a related field.
• 4-7+ years of relevant HR M&A, integration management, or related experience.
• Experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong program and project management, including governance and executive reporting.
• Ability to operate with limited supervision and balance strategic priorities with execution.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as strategic advisor linking people-related integration decisions to transaction objectives.
• Provide guidance across due diligence, integration planning, Day 1 readiness, and transition.
• Anticipate stakeholder needs and frame tradeoffs for senior leaders.
• Build scalable People M&A capabilities with standards and playbooks.
• Lead or coordinate due diligence across people, organizational, cultural and HR functions.
• Develop integrated workplans, governance materials, and executive dashboards.
