Job summary

Anywhere Real Estate is seeking a senior Lead, People M&A Integration, to shape and execute People Enablement strategies across the M&A lifecycle. You will translate transaction objectives into integrated plans, governance, and hands-on delivery, working with HR, Finance, IT, Legal, and Payroll.

The role requires deep M&A or integration experience, strong business acumen, and exceptional stakeholder management to support a fast-moving, confidential environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Organizational Development, Finance, or related field.
• 4–7+ years of HR M&A, integration management, or related transformation experience.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Act as strategic advisor linking people decisions to transaction objectives and risk.
• Lead due diligence, integration planning, Day 1 readiness, and post-close transition.
• Develop integrated plans, governance routines, and decision frameworks.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across HR, Finance, Legal, IT, and Operations.
• Create executive summaries, dashboards, and readiness actions for leadership.
