Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Organizational Development, Finance, or a related field.
• 4-7+ years of relevant experience in HR M&A, integration management, or people transformations.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong program, project management, governance, and executive reporting capabilities.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as strategic advisor linking people-related integration decisions to transaction objectives and business priorities.
• Lead or coordinate due diligence, integration planning, Day 1 readiness, stabilization, and post-integration transition.
• Develop and maintain integrated workplans, governance materials, risk registers, and dashboards.
• Facilitate cross-functional governance sessions and accountability for follow-through.
• Shape change management, employee experience, communications, and readiness activities.
• Create scalable playbooks, templates, and decision frameworks based on lessons learned.
