Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field preferred.
• 3+ years of leadership and/or warehouse management experience.
• Strong analytical, problem solving and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to manage conflicts and performance.

Responsibilities

• Interviews, trains, and maintains staffing levels to meet daily goals.
• Identifies high-potential team members and supports leadership development.
• Fosters positive relationships with team members and union representatives where applicable.
• Maintains DC Scorecard metrics for productivity and efficiency.
• Trains, coaches, and leads teams to meet performance, quality, cost and service goals.
• Ensures safe operation of material handling equipment and investigates concerns.
