Job summary

Joe & the Juice is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in California to support the Store Manager in daily operations and lead a dynamic team. You will ensure guest experiences are exceptional, uphold health and safety standards, and drive sales while maintaining brand integrity.

This role emphasizes leadership growth, coaching, and collaboration within a fast-paced, people-centric culture where most leaders started behind the bar. Excellent communication and a guest-first mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of leadership experience supervising a team and daily operations
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build trust and resolve conflicts
• Ambition to grow into a people-focused, long-term management role

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in leading the team in line with company values and operational principles
• Provide coaching and in-store training to maintain high engagement
• Foster a guest-first mindset and build strong relationships within the local community
• Ensure hygiene, safety, and brand standards are upheld
• Assist in stock handling, inventory counts, and cost control to meet monthly targets
• Help drive sales growth and contribute to store KPIs and profitability
