You will support the Store Manager, uphold company standards, and help drive sales and profitability while maintaining a high-energy, people-centric culture.

The role emphasizes leadership development, engagement, and adherence to hygiene and safety standards, with opportunities to advance across roles and cities globally.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in a leadership position with responsibility for team supervision, daily operations, and opening/closing procedures
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust, resolve conflicts, and foster a collaborative team culture
• Demonstrates a strong ambition to grow into a people-focused leader and build a long-term career in management

Responsibilities

• Value-Based Leadership: Support the Store Manager in leading team members in alignment with the company Manifest and operational principles
• Employee Engagement & Development: Support coaching and in-store training to develop team members
• Guest Experience: Champion a guest-first mindset and build strong guest relationships in the local community
• Operational Excellence & Compliance: Maintain safe, hygienic, and compliant store operations
• Stock & Inventory Support: Assist in stock handling and inventory counts
• Performance & Financial Contribution: Help drive sales growth and achieve KPIs
