Joe & the Juice is a fast-paced, people-centric brand operating a global network of juice bars and cafés. We are seeking a Store Manager to oversee daily store operations, lead a high-performing team, and deliver exceptional guest experiences while achieving sales targets and EBITDA.

You will ensure compliance with brand standards, manage shift planning, and foster a culture of growth and engagement across the team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in a comparable retail, hospitality, or service-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead, inspire, and develop team members in alignment with company virtues and operational principles.
• Own the recruitment interviewing, hiring, pre-boarding, and onboarding of team members.
• Develop and motivate team members through structured development plans and continuous feedback.
• Champion a guest-first mindset across all store operations.
• Maintain a safe, secure, and healthy working environment by enforcing hygiene, health, and safety standards.
• Developoptimalshift plans considering seasonality, local events, and store traffic patterns.
• Take full ownership of inventory management, including stock counting and ordering.
• Drive sales growth and overall store performance; optimize EBITDA and meet KPIs.
