Qualifications

• 3 years Retail Store Manager experience or 5 years of related management/customer focused experience.
• Strong problem-solving ability and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Must have strong people management skills and an ability to develop talent.
• Flexible availability - including nights, weekend, and holidays

Responsibilities

• Oversee store operations and drive sales and profitability through customer satisfaction and data analysis.
• Lead interview/hiring process and build an effective store team with diverse backgrounds and skillsets.
• Ensure floor sets, visual standards, cleanliness, organization, and safety are maintained.
• Foster community involvement and build relationships with local leaders.
• Drive shrink (loss prevention) reduction through adherence to safety and cash-handling procedures.
• Coach and develop teammates; create an inclusive, respectful store environment for staff and customers.
• Lead through coaching and development and infuse learning into day-to-day leadership.
• Create an inclusive store environment where everyone feels safe, welcome, and respected.
