Qualifications

• Prior retail sales or cashier experience preferred.
• Ability to stand, bend, reach, push/pull and lift 15–35 lbs repetitively (up to 25 times/hour).
• Ability to stand/walk for extended periods (up to 4 hours).
• Ability to work at heights greater than 4 feet with ladder/platform.
• Ability to perform repetitive motions for short periods (up to 2 hours).

Responsibilities

• Greet everyone and proactively approach customers to understand their needs and support their shopping experience.
• Uphold merchandising and presentation standards including floor sets, signage, price changes and inventory presentation.
• Promote programs such as loyalty, warranty sales and card enrollment.
• Adhere to safety, loss prevention and standard operating procedures.
• Maintain confidentiality of all company information.
• Create an inclusive store environment where everyone feels welcome, safe, and respected.
• Take an all-hands-on-deck approach to support the team across the store.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
