• Must meet state Food Safety requirements and obtain Food Safety Certification.

• Train, coach, and develop shop team members.
• Interview, hire, and develop staff aligned with Potbelly values.
• Schedule staff and manage labor goals; maintain deadlines.
• Drive shop marketing to increase sales; manage costs and inventories.
