Texas Roadhouse is hiring a Service Manager to lead front-of-house operations in a high-energy dining environment. The role centers on driving guest satisfaction, maintaining safety and cleanliness, and coaching FOH teams to deliver Legendary Service.

Responsibilities

• Driving sales, steps of service, and guest satisfaction
• Overseeing cleanliness and safety of guests at all times in collaboration with management
• Providing or directing Front of House training
• Managing Front of House staff performance including evaluations, coaching and discipline
• Managing liquor orders and liquor cost control
• Enforcing liquor laws and Responsible Alcohol Service guidelines
• Developing key employees and conducting daily feedback during one-on-ones
• Reviewing applications, interviewing, and hiring Front of House staff
• Directing work, setting hours and weekly schedules, assigning tasks
• Creating a fun and safe environment aligned with core values and goals
• Ensuring safe food handling procedures
